PANAJI: Chief Minister Digambar Kamat has reiterated that his Government is stable and if need arises he will prove the majority on the floor of the Assembly again. Mr. Kamat was responding to questions from presspersons on Saturday at the Congress House after Francisco Sardinha took over as the new president of the Pradesh Congress Committee. All India Congress Committee General Secretary in-charge of Goa affairs Margaret Alva echoed the Chief Minister’s sentiments. Mr. Sardinha later said that Ms. Alva would head a coordination committee constituted by the Congress recently to ensure effective coordination between the Congress-led coalition Government in the State and the party organisation.
