Punjab Chem. acquires Dutch firm

MUMBAI: Punjab Chemicals and Crop Protection Limited (PCCPL) has sealed a major acquisition deal in the Netherlands by acquiring 100 per cent equity shares of Pegevo Beheer BV (AgriChem) for Rs. 225 crore.
