Usha Martin acquires Netherlands firm

KOLKATA: Usha Martin has acquired the business of DE Ruiter Staalkabel BV Netherlands, a distribution company having warehouse and rigging facility. The euro three million acquisition was done through Usha Martin’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Usha Martin International, says a company release.
