Final photo rolls to be published within 15 days

MADURAI: Final photo rolls will be published within 15 days in the State, Chief Electoral Officer, Naresh Gupta, has said.

Speaking to journalists after reviewing the progress made in the photo roll exercise with Collectors of six southern districts here on Monday, he said summary revision was in the final stages of completion. Many districts had achieved more than 90 per cent coverage.

“Some districts have completed the process and obtained clearance from the Election Commission for publication,” he said.
