DDA receives bids for hotel plots

NEW DELHI: The Delhi Development Authority on Tuesday received bids for six hotel plots out of the 11offered for disposal through tender.

According to a DDA spokesperson, nearly Rs. 400 crore as bid premium has been offered against a reserve price of Rs. 360.77 crore.

The plots for which bids have been received are at Hari Nagar sub-district centre in West Delhi; Dwarka city centre (Sector-10) in South-West Delhi; Anand Vihar community centre, Mandawali (Fazalpur) community centre and two plots at Mayur Vihar district centre in East Delhi.
