TMB opens 190th branch

CHENNAI: Tamilnad Mercantile Bank (TMB), on Monday, opened its 190th branch at Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu. G. Narayana Moorthy, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, TMB, said the bank was giving full thrust to financial inclusion projects, whereby disadvantaged and low income people could open accounts at affordable costs. The bank would introduce Internet banking soon, he said.
