GMR Energy bags Bajoli hydro project

NEW DELHI: Making a significant foray in the power generation sector, GMR Energy has been awarded the180 MW Bajoli Holi project in Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh. B. V. N. Rao, Managing Director, GMR Energy, handed over a cheque of Rs. 80 crore as upfront premium payment for the project to the State Chief Minister, Virbhadra Singh, on Monday.
