Rupee ends cheaper

MUMBAI: The Indian currency on Tuesday ended at 41.1650/1725 against the U.S. currency, cheaper by 15 paise from the previous close of 41.0150/0250, on heavy dollar demand from oil corporates amid a slowdown in capital inflows. In lacklustre activity at the interbank foreign exchange market, the rupee moved in a range of 41.08 and 41.19 during the day after resuming sharply lower at 41.09/11. — PTI
