Talking to presspersons here on Tuesday, he said that the zilla panchayat had investigated the matter through the Geology Department and found that the agency had claimed excess amounts in all the 10 borewells that the department examined. The zilla panchayat has decided to blacklist the agency. Mr. Manjappa said he was thinking of examining all the borewells that the agency had drilled in the past 10 years.
