15 feared drowned in boat tragedy

PATNA: Fifteen persons were feared drowned in a boat accident near Mahesaurhi village in Khagaria district of Bihar on Tuesday.

The boat, carrying about 30 people, capsized in the swift currents of the Burhi Gandak river.

About 10 people, however, swam to safety. Six bodies were fished out.
