Sushil’s century propels City I

CHENNAI: U. Sushil scored a rapid unbeaten 137 (147b, 11x4, 4x6) and Gowjith Subash scored 92 (109b, 10x4, 2x6) as City I ended its innings on 352 in 82.4 overs on the first day of the TNCA u-19 round robin cricket match against City II.

The scores: City I 352 in 82.4 overs (Gowjith Subash 92, U. Sushil 137 not out) vs. City II 36 for no loss in five overs; City III 247 in 84.3 overs (R. Prashanth 65, Ashish Tiwari 54, Ashwin Venkatraman 43, K.M. Dheeraj four for 53) v s. City IV 14 for no loss.
