Anert plans seminar series

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Agency for Non-conventional Energy and Rural Technology (Anert) has tied up with the Centre for Innovation in Science and Social Action (CISSA) to organise a series of seminars on non-conventional energy.

The initiative is part of the Rajiv Gandhi Akshaya Urja Diwas celebrations.

The first seminar in the series will be held at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Pattom, here on Thursday morning. The former director of Anert P.S. Chandramohan will deliver the keynote address. V.Vinodkumar and J.M.Jayamohan are scheduled to present papers. School Principal Cicy Roy Mathew will preside over the function.

The second seminar is being organised at VTMNSS College, Dhanuvachapuram, on September 5. The Santhigram campus in the Kottukal panchayat and All Saints College will be the venues of the subsequent seminars.
