Chennai: Sixty Indian cricketers signed by the Indian Cricket League will take part in a 20-day camp, which will commence at the Mayajaal Ground, on Thursday.
Balwinder Sandhu, Director of Academies, will be in charge of the camp. “We will focus on fitness training, batting, bowling and fielding drills, and team building exercises,” he told The Hindu.
ICL Executive Board members like Kapil Dev, Madan Lal, Sandeep Patil, Kiran More and Erapalli Prasanna are expected to be involved in the camp.
The group of ICL-signed cricketers who are currently in England will also join the camp shortly. — Sports Reporter
