Bomb hoax at private school

PUDUCHERRY: A bomb hoax gave tense moments to the management of a private school and the police at Upplam here on Thursday. Around 7.30 a.m., Petit Seminaire Nursery School received an anonymous call that a bomb was placed in the school, police said.

Students and staff were made to vacate the premises and the bomb detection squad made a complete check and found

it to be a hoax. — Staff reporter
