KSTDC tour to waterfalls

BANGALORE: The Karnataka State Tourism Development Corporation (KSTDC) has arranged package tours to waterfalls across the State from Friday.

A two-day package tour covering Shimsha, Madhyaranga (Cauvery), Talakadu, B.R. Hills and Mysore Palace (only illuminated decoration) will be organised on every Friday and Saturday.

The tour will begin at 7 a.m. and end at 11.30 p.m. the next day.

It would cost Rs. 1,000 per head.

Three-day trip

A three-day tour covering Belagavi, Gokak Falls, Malaprabha Falls, Savadatti (Yellamma Hills), Hubli and Chitradurga will be organised on every Friday and Saturday.

The tour will begin at 6 a.m. and end at 10 p.m. on the third day and would cost Rs. 1,600 a person.

The cost includes lodging.
