Held for sending obscene SMS

NEW DELHI: A Delhi University law graduate has been arrested for allegedly sending obscene SMSes to several people including lawyers, chairpersons of non-government organisations and Delhi Government officials.

According to the police, a woman running an NGO recently lodged a complaint at the Mayur Vihar police station stating that someone had been sending her obscene messages. A special staff team of the East Delhi police investigated the matter and arrested Manish Kumar Singh at Vijay Nagar.
