Auto driver commits suicide

An autorickshaw driver hanged himself to death at his house at Mustafa Nagar in Rajendranagar on Wednesday. The police said Md. Nasir (22) took the extreme step after his wife Syeda Begum allegedly deserted him following a quarrel over a domestic issue.

Electrocuted

A youngster was electrocuted at Banjara Hills on Wednesday. D. Ramanjaneyulu (18), an electrician and resident of Kukatpally, was trying to put serial bulbs to a house in Banjara Hills when he came in contact with high-tension wires and suffered serious burns.

He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was declared brought dead.
