Jammu: Jammu and Kashmir Pollution Control Board has issued notices to 367 polluting industrial units in the State. The notices have been issued to units violating pollution norms during the last one-and-half year, Board sources said. They have been asked to explain why action should not be taken against them. As many as 69 closure orders have been issued by the pollution control board during 2006 and 2007, they said.
