Kisan Sabha stir

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Communist Party of India-led All India Kisan Sabha will observe September 1 as ‘Demands Day’ as part of its countrywide agitation against the farm policies of the Central Government, Kisan Sabha State general secretary Sathyan Mokeri said here on Friday. In a statement, Mr. Mokeri said sit-ins and demonstrations would be held at the panchayat level on September 1 as part of the observance. — Special Correspondent
