Appointed returning officer for Goa

MANGALORE: Youth Congress leader and former Mangalore City Corporation councillor Naveen D’Souza has been appointed additional pradesh returning officer for Goa.

According to a press release here on Friday from the chairman of the Central Election Authority of the Indian Youth Congress, Manick Tagore, Mr. D’Souza will be in charge of increasing Youth Congress membership.
