Chandigarh: Haryana is promoting incentive-based vocational training under which no fee is charged and instead Rs 100 stipend is given per month along with a financial assistance of Rs 50 to purchase raw materials. The scheme was introduced by the Government to impart training in cutting-tailoring to girls and widows.
