National seminar on non-invasive research

CHENNAI: A national seminar on inter-disciplinary approach towards non-invasive research was organised recently by the Departments of Bio-Chemistry, Bio-Informatics, Computer Science, English, Mathematics, Microbiology, Psychology and Statistics of Dr.M.G.R Janaki College.

Blue Cross of India chairman S. Chinny Krishna inaugurated the seminar, which was attended by nearly 50 lecturers and research scholars besides several students. Among those who addressed the seminar were S. P. Thyagarajan, Research Director of Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Research Institute, who delivered a lecture on ‘non-invasive research in traditional medicine — an inter disciplinary approach.’

Secretary and correspondent of Dr. M.G.R. Janaki College Latha Rajendran and research director of the college Sultan Ahmed Ismail spoke, according to a release.
