Naval unit retains first place

Kakinada: The 6 Andhra NCC Naval unit has retained the State first place for the second year in succession by excelling in all the events -- boat pulling, sailing, ship modelling and firing -- at the inter group competitions camp held at Visakhapatnam from August 23 to September 3, according to M. Sadasiva Reddy, training officer. Cadets from Nellore, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam and Kakinada took part in the competitions.
