Administration to hear public views

NAMAKKAL: The district administration will conduct a meeting to hear the public views on upgrading, bifurcation and amalgamation of local bodies at the Collectorate on at 3 p.m. on Wednesday.

A press release said that Members of Parliament, Members of Legislative Assembly, elected representatives of local bodies, representatives of recognised political parties, non-governmental organisations, residents welfare association and general public can participate in the meeting and express their views. They can also submit petitions to the officials.
