Charged with kidnap

KOZHIKODE: The police registered a case against Anil, his wife, Sudha, and her uncle Murali for allegedly kidnapping her father, Jayaraj, a cancer patient, from the Institute of Pain and Palliative Care, Government Medical College, here on Friday. The complaint was filed by Prabha, wife of Mr. Jayaraj and daughter of T. Devi, member, Women’s Commission. —Staff Reporter
