Vietnam festival begins on Friday

NEW DELHI: A 35-member political and cultural delegation from Vietnam will take part in a three-day “Indo-Vietnam Friendship Festival” beginning here on Friday.

According to the All-India Peace and Solidarity Organisation, the delegation will be led by Madame Nguyen Thi Binh, former Vice-President of Vietnam and revolutionary leader.
