CHANDIGARH: Bhartiya Kisan Union president Mahender Singh Tikait on Tuesday complimented Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda for his recent announcement at Gohana to give an annual incentive of Rs.10,000 per acre for 33 years to those whose land had either been acquired or would be acquired by the Haryana Urban Development Authority . While conveying his appreciation to Mr. Hooda, the veteran farmer leader said this decision was revolutionary and it should be followed in letter and spirit by other States too.
