Trials for shooters

NEW DELHI: A series of four trials for the rifle and pistol shooters would be held at the Dr. Karni Singh Range at Tughlakabad here from September 6 to 23.

The shotgun marksmen, busy at the moment in the world championship at Nicosia, Cyprus, will have a set of two trials on their return.

“We had two trials for selecting the shotgun marksmen for the World Championship.

The scores from the trials apart from the World Championship scores would be taken into consideration for those who are in Cyprus,” said national coach Prof. Sunny Thomas.
