Kerala Congress(M) dharna

Thiruvananthapuram: The three-tier panchayat members of the Kerala Congress(M) held a dharna before the Secretariat today to protest against what they described as the torpedoing of plan execution by the Government. Party supremo K.M.Mani who inaugurated it, charged the Government with trying to destroy the panchayat system by creating a situation which did not allow even a fourth of the plan amount to be utilised. — Special Correspondent
