Three Bills for Subject panels

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The State Assembly on Thursday referred to its Subject Committees three Bills, all of them to replace ordinances.
The first is titled ‘The Kerala Ayurvedic Health Centres (Issue of Licence and Control) Bill, 2007.’
‘The Kerala State Commission for the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes Bill, 2007’ envisages the setting up of a State level commission for the people belonging to these communities.
‘The Kerala Survey and Boundaries (Amendment) Bill, 2007,’ which was presented by Revenue Minister K.P. Rajendran, seeks to address certain difficulties being experienced by land owners in getting defects that have crept into resurvey records rectified.
