Easy for HAL

BANGALORE: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) defeated Central Excise 6-2 in the Synergy Sports Super Division hockey tournament at the KSHA Stadium here on Thursday.

Elavarasan (17th), K.P Roy (18th), Dominic Savio (34th), Abhinav Ganapathy (57th), Lokaraj (60th) and Rajesh (67th) scored for HAL while Mandanna (24th) and Anup Anthony (41st) found the target for Central Excise.

In another match, Indian Air Force (New Delhi) beat Fortis 1-0 with Balbir Singh scoring in the thirteenth minute.
