Bardhan coming

VIZIANAGARAM: The ‘jatha’, led by CPI general secretary A.B. Bardhan, is entering the town on Friday evening. The ’jatha’ is being taken out in protest against the joint naval exercises off Visakhapatnam coast.

Public meeting

Mr. Bardhan will address a public meeting at fort junction.

After a night halt here, he would leave for Visakhapatnam the next day to join the rally led by CPI (M) general secretary Prakash Karat from Chennai. CPI (M) State secretary B.V. Raghavulu will participate in the jatha, according to Reddy Shankara Rao, CPI (M) divisional secretary.
