A district-level awareness campaign on the Rajiv Gandhi Energy Conservation Programme in Wayanad was inaugurated by District Collector P.P. Gopi at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Kalpetta, on September 6. Anert and the Energy Conservation Society, Wayanad, organised the programme. The Collector also inaugurated the Junior Red Cross Unit and the Energy Conservation Club of the school. Principal C.V. Shanthy welcomed the gathering.
