PMK protest at Vaniyambadi

VANIYAMBADI: Cadres of the Pattali Makkal Katchi staged a protest here on Saturday to impress upon the State Government the need to reduce the cement prices. A total of 200 cadres took part. It was headed by PMK Vaniyambadi Town Secretary E.Sridhar.

The protestors shouted slogans against the State Government. They said due to hike in price of cement the people in the construction field were affected. They wanted the Government to intervene and take steps to bring down the price of cement. — Staff Reporter
