Krishnagiri: The Department of Employment and Training has set up a study circle at the District Employment Exchange here to enable students update their knowledge and appear for various competitive examinations. Collector Santhosh Babu said the study circle would offer free coaching to candidates appearing for the Group I preliminary examination of Tamil Nadu State Public Service Commission.
