J.P. Agarwal greeted

NEW DELHI: Nehru Brigade chief organiser Ramesh Dutta and a large number of volunteers on Saturday greeted Mr. J. P. Agarwal on his appointment as the new president of Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee. Mr. Dutta expressed hope that Delhi will rise under the leadership of Mr. Agarwal.
