Khammam: Flood level in Godavari, which touched 40 feet on Sunday started receding at all up stream points. The water level rose suddenly because of heavy rains in catchment areas of its tributaries in Chhatisgarh and Orissa for the past few days. It will not touch even the first warning level of 43 feet at Bhadrachalam, according to officials.
