Gazetted officers’ grievance

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Kerala Gazetted Officer’s Federation has complained that officers from most organisations of gazetted officers are being kept out of committees and meetings connected with the People’s Planning programme. The parochial approach of the Government and the Planning Board has distorted the concept of People’s Planning. The achievements of the programme during the past 10 years are yet to be evaluated, the federation State committee said. — Special Correspondent
