Derivative norms for FIIs relaxed

MUMBAI: The Securities and Exchange Board of India on Tuesday relaxed derivative trading norms for foreign institutional investors (FIIs), allowing them to offer foreign securities in place of cash as collateral to clearing houses for their transactions.
