An Equal Opportunities Facilitation Centre, Andhra Pradesh (EOFC), set up by several NGOs and individuals, is functioning at Babukhan Estate Cellar, Bashirbagh, here. A press release issued by the centre said that any person feeling discriminated against on grounds of caste, religion, gender and denied an opportunity to which he or she is entitled, may submit his/her grievance with details.
