Court directive to Health varsity

Hyderabad: Justice G. Raghu Ram of the High Court directed the NTR University of Health Sciences not to ratify/approve the admissions being made by four unaided non-minority medical colleges under the management category. These orders were passed in a writ petition filed by Ashan Bin Mohamed, who complained that MNR Medical College, Kamineni Institute of Medical Sciences, Medicity Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhaskara Medical College did not issue advertisements in prominent newspapers as under the rules and instead went ahead with filling seats under C category. -Legal Correspondent
