Mar Thoma to host CBSE football

KOCHI: The CBSE all-Kerala inter-school football tournament (Cluster VI), organised by the Mar Thomas Public School, Thengode, will be held at four venues from September 14 to 23.

Eightynine teams will figure in the 10-day under-19 event and matches will be held at the Bharatha Matha College (Thrikakkara), St. Paul’s College (Kalamassery), Toc-H Public School (Vytilla) and Mar Thoma School ground, the main venue, near Kakkanad.

Four matches, of 70 minutes each, will be held every day at all the venues during the preliminary stage, while the semifinals and final will be 90-minute affairs. – Principal Correspondent
