LNCPE pool inauguration on September 15

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Union Minister for Youth Affairs, Sports and Panchayati Raj, Mani Shankar Iyer, will commission the newly-constructed swimming pool at the Lakshmibai National College of Physical Education, Kariyavattom, on Saturday.

Disclosing this at a press conference on Wednesday, the LNCPE Principal, S.S. Hasrani, said the function, to be held at 5 p.m., will be presided by the Kerala Sports Minister, M. Vijayakumar.
