Krishna district lifts title

VIJAYAWADA: The final league match between Krishna and Guntur in the ACA Central Zone under-19 inter-district cricket tournament ended in draw here on Wednesday.

Krishna won the Koka Ranga Rao memorial Trophy by garnering seven points.

The scores: Guntur 90 in 34 overs & 208 in 50 overs (T.K. Ganesh six for 31) drew with Krishna 270 in 85 overs (Ch. Ramesh 104, Abhimanyu 46, Sudha Kiran six for 31) & 16 for one in two overs.
