State SC, ST Commission on 3-day visit to Mahabubnagar

MAHABUBNAGAR: The State Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe Commission, headed by Dr.M.Nagarjuna, will be visiting the district for three days from September 17 to 19.

Discussion

The District Collector V.Usha Rani in a press release here on Thursday informed that the other members of the Commission G.Sandhyarani, A.Prathap Kumar, K.Srinivasulu, R.Pratap and C.Kishan Singh Naik will arrive Mahabubnagar around 9.45 a.m. on September 17.

After having a brief discussion with the Collector and Superintendent of Police, the Commission will proceed to Narayanpet town and receive representations from Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe Associations and individuals from 11.40 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. at R.D.O.’s office.

Review

Later the commission would review about the implementation of PCR and POA Acts and GOMS No. 105 and 128 with RDO, DSP and other divisional level officials.

On September 18 the Commission will visit Nagar Kurnool and receive representations from 10.30 a.m. to 1 pm. at R.D.O’s office. On September 19 the Commission would receive petitions from 10.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. at Revenue meeting hall at Mahabubnagar.

Later review would be held with officials.
