Governor Rameshwar Thakur has greeted the people of the State on the eve of Gowri-Ganesha festival. “As in other States, in Karnataka too Ganesha Chaturthi is celebrated as a social and community festival with gaiety and fervour irrespective of caste and creed,” he said in a message.
