Tax hike opposed

ADILABAD: TDP councillors opposed the proposal to raise property tax on commercial premises by 100 per cent. The councillors entered into heated arguments with chairman Digambar Rao Patil over the proposed hike. Mr. Digambar Rao Patil assured that a proposal containing the objections and suggestions of the TDP councillors would be sent to the Government for consideration. Staff Reporter
