Menon to visit China today

NEW DELHI: Foreign Secretary Shivshankar Menon will visit China for two days beginning on Monday, according to a statement issued by the External Affairs Ministry on Sunday. During the visit, Mr. Menon will have discussions on India-China bilateral relations besides regional and international issues of mutual interest.

PTI reports:

The India-U.S. nuclear deal and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s planned trip to China later this year, are expected to figure in the talks.
