Held for selling arrack

TIRUPATTUR: Police have arrested three youths for selling arrack at Sivajipettai here on Tuesday.

According to sources, Narayanan (19), Prabhakaran (20) and Venkatesan (20) were selling arrack near a lake. Based on complaints from the residents, the police, led by Inspector Pooncholai, arrested them. The youths had been issued warnings earlier, sources said.
