Organised by Army, it is on way to Bangalore from Chennai

Krishnagiri: The team of 18 Army personnel belonging to the Madras Engineering Group (MEG), who are undertaking a cycle rally from Chennai to Bangalore, arrived here on Tuesday.
The rally comprising one officer, one junior commissioned officer and 16 soldiers has been organised in connection with the engineering group’s Silver jubilee celebrations.
The team members interacted with former members of the group and their family members.
They met more than 100 ex-service personnel at the ex-servicemen office and took note of their problems for conveying these to authorities concerned.
The team later left for Bangalore.
